Electrochemical deposition of copper on zinc and its alloys

چکیده
A new electrolyte composition and deposition conditions of quality (light, densely packed, homogeneous) copper coatings on zinc its alloys were found. It was established that the electrochemical is possible from an alkaline solution containing propylene glycol. shown adding hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid in stabilises during operation storage. The addition morpholine provided a wide range current densities.
